Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2026. This policy explains how Digital Sinthanai Technologies ("we") handles personal data in RevenuePilot India.

Two kinds of data

• Account data — your name, email, phone, business name, billing details and how you use the service. We are responsible for this data.
• Customer data — details of your leads and clients that you or your team enter or import (names, phone numbers, policy and renewal information, notes, consent records). You decide what is stored and why; we process it only to provide the service to you, on your instructions.

What we use data for

• Providing the service: storing records, creating reminders, showing dashboards, sending emails you trigger (invitations, password resets, daily digests).
• Billing through our payment processor (Razorpay). We do not store card or bank details.
• Security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and audit logs.
• Contacting you about your account or a demo you requested. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your customer data for marketing.

Sub-processors

• Hosting provider for servers and database backups.
• Razorpay, for payments (if you pay online).
• Our email delivery provider, for system emails.
• Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) — only if you connect your own WhatsApp Business account; messages you send through it are processed by Meta under its terms.

Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Each business's data is logically separated and access is limited to users you invite. Third-party API tokens you provide are encrypted at rest. Important actions are recorded in audit logs. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected customers of a personal data breach as required by law.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After you ask us to close your account we delete workspace data within 30 days, except where we must retain billing records by law. Backups roll off within a further 30 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct and export your data from within the product. To request deletion or to raise a concern, email info@digitalsinthanai.in. If you are a client of one of our customers, please contact that business first — they control your data.
