Terms of service
Last updated: October 2026. These terms govern your use of RevenuePilot India, provided by Digital Sinthanai Technologies, Chennai ("we").
The service
RevenuePilot is software for organising leads, customers, renewal dates, follow-up tasks and messages. It creates reminders and message drafts. It does not verify payments to insurers, AMCs or other providers, does not give financial or insurance advice, and does not guarantee any sales, renewals or revenue.
Trials and subscriptions
- Free trials give full access for the stated period. After the trial, the workspace becomes read-only until a plan is purchased.
- Paid plans are billed annually in advance, plus applicable GST. Plans do not renew automatically; we remind you before the period ends.
- Upgrades take effect immediately with a pro-rata credit for unused days of the previous plan.
- Refunds: [refund policy — e.g. full refund if requested within 7 days of first payment — to be confirmed].
- Plan limits (users, records, workspaces) are enforced by the software.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the customer data you store, for having a lawful basis to store it, and for complying with applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and IRDAI / AMFI / SEBI rules that apply to your business.
- You must obtain and record consent before messaging people on WhatsApp where required, honour opt-outs, and follow WhatsApp Business policies.
- Keep your login secure and give access only to people who need it.
- Do not use the service for spam, fraud or any unlawful purpose.
Your data
You own your data. You can export it at any time. On closure we delete it as described in the privacy policy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and backed up but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost commissions or business.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms with notice by email. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Chennai have jurisdiction.
